Bonita Springs, FL: CSI Enterprises, Inc., a leader in innovative financial solutions for enterprises and businesses, will be a presenter at the 2013 CFO Rising East conference in Orlando, FL.  The annual event, a gathering of some of the leading minds in finance, was established to provide the CFO community with insight, ideas, and solutions to meet the challenges of attaining growth in the current economic climate.

David Disque, Vice President of Operations at CSI Enterprises, will be presenting the company’s globalVCard product, as a best practice example of how to effectively use accounts payable-based spending, on a virtual card program.

“The days of paper check disbursements as a primary means of payment are diminishing exponentially,” stated Disque.  “CSI’s payment solutions, and the globalVCard product specifically, offer our clients a streamlined payment process, which provides better security and another source of revenue through rebates.  We’ve been able to transform companies’ greatest financial challenges, into great results.”

While purchasing card use increased across the board in 2011, growth in the virtual payment card arena significantly outpaced ERP spend on plastics. Total spending on virtual cards has grown significantly in the past years, and has contributed as a key driver in the overall increase of card spend in this sector.

“We’ve been successful as a company, by encouraging supplier acceptance of our product and improving cash flow for our clients.  We’ve worked hard to reduce administrative costs of payments, cut the reliance on paper checks, and by obtaining better data to increase control over spending,” added Disque.

CSI Enterprises, Inc., has a 23-year history internationally and over 10,000 corporate customers, including many iconic brands.  Along with presenting, CSI globalVCard will also be a sponsor of this year’s conference.

The 20th anniversary of CFO magazine’s flagship event, running from March 3rd to the 6th, will be entitled, “Finding Paths to Grow.”  Attendees will take look at investing in innovation, developing new markets, growing through mergers and acquisitions, divesting, restructuring, and transforming business models. The event aims to provide the CFO with the tools they will need to successfully pursue new growth strategy for the future.

CSI globalVCard™ Mobile App Version 2 – Improvements in Security and User-Interface Round Out the Latest Version March 1, 2013

Bonita Springs, Fla. – CSI Enterprises, Inc., a leader in innovative purchasing solutions for enterprises and businesses, is set to reveal several game-changing additions in the latest edition of the mobile payment application, globalVCard™. On February 19th in Toronto, ON,  globalVCard™ Version 2 will launch as an updated, and even more secure product, with several improvements in the user interface.

Credit card fraud has been on the rise within the past year, and business cardholders have become increasingly more susceptible. globalVCard™ Version 2, will virtually close the door on would-be scammers, by offering unprecedented options for safe and secure transmission.  The new release will feature Secure Send, allowing users to select the security level of how the vCard is sent to the recipient. With a simple tap within the App, a user can select to have an email sent to the recipient, which will require further sign-in action in order to see the card details.

“The CSI globalVCard™ is a serious threat to fraud,” says Jason Kolbenheyer, CSI’s Senior Products Director. “With the ability to generate single or multi-use secure credit card account numbers on the fly, you mitigate, if not eliminate, the unfortunate situation where your credit card account number is intercepted. With the CSI globalVCard™, the user authorizes a credit card number for a single transaction. After that transaction is processed, that number becomes useless to a hacker. In that sense, the globalVCard is a preemptive anti-fraud technology.”

The new CSI globalVCard App will also have improvements in the user interface. Clients who manage several companies through a master account on the CSI web-based product, GPS, will now have the same ability on the mobile app. Within the app, users will also be able to attach photos and batch-create VCards.

Following the trend of a more versatile product, account managers will now have the ability to set their employees up in Card Receiver Mode. This new mode will allow corporate users to request and receive VCards, but not create them.  CSI globalVCard™ Version 2, will set the standard in mobile payment options for corporations on-the-go.
